Heaven Skincare Returns & Refunds Policy

At Heaven Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You may return products within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Additional Charges for Ending a Subscription Early

If you choose to end your subscription before the agreed term, you may be required to pay the difference for any discounted products or promotional pricing that was applied during your subscription period. This ensures fair pricing for the products you received.

3. Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Any gifts received must be also returned

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products, unless they are faulty or damaged.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. If, after inspection, the item is found not to be faulty, the customer will be required to collect the product or repay the postage cost before it is returned to them.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days during Heaven Skincare’s working hours.

  • Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.

  • Opened or used skincare products (unless faulty).

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Terms & Conditions — LYDIA 30% Off First Subscription

1. Offer
Receive 30% off your first subscription order when using code LYDIA at checkout on the Heaven Skincare website.

2. Promotion Period
This promotion is valid for one calendar month only from the official launch date. Orders placed outside of this period will not qualify.

3. Eligibility
The offer applies strictly to new subscription orders only and is not valid on one-time purchases.

4. Subscription Commitment
By redeeming this code, you agree to enter into an active subscription agreement. The 30% discount applies to the first scheduled subscription payment only.

Customers must remain within the subscription period in accordance with the stated subscription terms.

If a subscription is cancelled before the minimum subscription commitment period (if applicable), or if Heaven Skincare reasonably believes the promotion has been misused, the customer agrees that the 30% discount will be revoked and the remaining balance (the difference between the discounted price and full retail price) will become payable.

5. One-Time Use
The code may be redeemed once per customer and is limited to one subscription per household.

6. Exclusions

  • Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or loyalty reward.

  • Excludes gift cards and selected promotional items unless otherwise stated.

7. Non-Transferable
The code has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.

8. Right to Amend
Heaven Skincare reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Acceptance
