At Heaven Skincare, we aim to get your products to you quickly and safely. Please read our delivery information below to understand how your orders and subscriptions are handled.
1. Order Dispatch
• All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days. (We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday).
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where applicable.
2. Subscription Deliveries
• All subscription orders come with free delivery.
• Subscription products are dispatched automatically according to the schedule you selected when signing up.

*International Orders may be subject to duties - you will be contacted by DHL directly to confirm the amount once the order has been dispatched and arrives in the destination country.
4. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
• You can monitor your parcel’s progress and estimated delivery date through the carrier’s tracking system.
