You can earn points by making purchases on our website, as well as through selected promotional activities such as double points events and special loyalty campaigns. You’ll earn 3 points for every £1 you spend with us. The more you shop, the more points you collect.

To qualify for a birthday reward, you must add your date of birth to your account at least 30 days before your birthday. Your birthday points will then be issued on your birthday via your account.

Your tier is based on your total spend over a rolling 12-month period. If your spend falls below the required threshold, your tier will be adjusted accordingly. You move between tiers based on your total spend over a rolling 12-month period. As your spending increases, you’ll automatically be upgraded to a higher tier with access to additional benefits. If your spend drops below a tier’s threshold within that period, you may be moved down to a lower tier accordingly.

Yes. Points expire on a rolling basis. Any points you earn will expire 6 months (180 days) from the date they are issued. After that, if there has been no points activity for 6 months or more, any unredeemed points will continue to expire gradually.
