Can I place and order over the phone?

Of course! You can place an order over the phone. Our friendly customer service team will be happy to assist you with your purchase and answer any questions you may have. Please call us on 01952 462505 during our opening hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm.

How do I make changes to an order once it's been placed?

If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing sales@heavenskincare.com or calling 01952 462505. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

There is an issue with my order. What should I do?

We are so sorry to hear that. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. You can reach us at sales@heavenskincare.com or by phone on 01952 462505, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order has arrived damaged or there is a packaging fault, please attach an image or video to your email so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

When can I come and collect my order from Heaven HQ?

You will receive an email notification confirming when your order is available for collection, so you’ll know exactly when to visit. Simply press the bell to the left of the front door and someone will meet you with your order.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery online.

What are your Christmas 2025 Delivery dates?

For UK Christmas orders, please note the following delivery and opening times to ensure your gifts arrive on time. Royal Mail orders should be placed by Wednesday 17th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery. For DPD delivery order before Sunday 21st December. Heaven HQ will close on Monday 22nd December at 1pm for Click & Collect orders. You can also purchase products at our Salon in Shifnal until 1pm Tuesday 23rd December. These dates and services are for UK orders only, so we recommend placing your orders early to avoid disappointment and ensure your Christmas shopping is stress-free.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Heaven Skincare offers international shipping to selected destinations. Shipping options, costs, and delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

How do I redeem a gift card, store credit or a coupon code?

To redeem a Heaven Skincare gift card: Enter the gift card code at checkout in the designated field. The gift card value will be automatically applied to your order total.

To redeem store credit: If you have store credit to redeem from your account, it will automatically appear at checkout, where you can manually select it as part of your payment.

To redeem a coupon code: Enter your coupon or discount code at checkout before completing your purchase. Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order, unless otherwise stated.

Can I return my items?

Yes, returns are accepted in line with our returns policy. Items must be unused and returned within the specified timeframe. For more information on returns, please see our returns policy.

Why is my subscription not showing in my account?

If you subscribed on our old website (before October 2025), your subscription may not yet appear in your account. We are currently transferring all existing subscriptions to the new site, and yours will be added soon. Yes, Heaven Skincare is cruelty-free. We do not test our products on animals and are committed to ethical beauty practices.

Are your products British made?

Yes, Heaven Skincare products are proudly made in the UK, ensuring high-quality manufacturing and strict quality control.

Are bees harmed in the making of your Bee Venom products?

No bees are harmed. The bee venom extraction process is completely safe, and bees are not killed. In fact, bees live longer after venom extraction.

Are your products safe to use when pregnant?

Some products may have contraindications for use during pregnancy. Please check the “Who’s it for” section on the individual product page or consult your healthcare professional before use.

Are your Bee Venom products safe for vegans?

Some products contain bee-derived ingredients such as bee venom or honey. While no bees are harmed, those following a strict vegan lifestyle may prefer to avoid these products. Our Nettle Venom Range is perfect for Vegans.

Should I patch test with your products?

Yes, we recommend patch testing before using any new skincare product. While reactions are extremely unlikely, patch testing helps ensure suitability for your skin.

Is my order packaging sustainable/recyclable?

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continuously work to improve our sustainable and recyclable packaging wherever possible. If your order includes packing peanuts (white foam texture), these are fully water-soluble and can be dissolved and washed down the sink. You can return your used empties to Heaven Skincare and receive offers in return.
