During the day, our skin is exposed to a variety of environmental factors that can cause damage and premature ageing. These include UV radiation, pollution and free radicals. A morning routine protects your skin from these harmful elements and keep it looking its best.
Additionally, it improves the overall health of your complexion. When you take the time to cleanse, tone and moisturise each morning, you’re helping to remove impurities, balance your skin’s pH and hydrate. This prevents a variety of concerns, including dryness, acne and uneven tone.
Cleanser: The first step; choose one formulated for your skin type, whether that’s oily, dry or sensitive. Wet your face with warm water, then massage the cleanser onto your skin in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with water and pat your face dry with a clean towel.
Toner: After cleansing, it’s important to use a toner to help balance your skin’s pH and remove any remaining impurities. Apply a small amount of toner to a cotton pad and gently swipe it over your face and neck.
Serum: These highly concentrated formulas contain active ingredients that can penetrate deep into your skin. Apply a few drops of serum to your face and neck, and gently massage it into your skin.
