2. Minimum Subscription Commitment
Once you subscribe, you commit to receiving at least three (3) deliveries. You may not cancel your subscription before receiving three deliveries unless otherwise specified under the terms below.
Men's Range Specific - Men’s subscriptions start with an exclusive 50% off your first order, followed by 30% off every month after. A minimum commitment of four deliveries applies to all men’s subscription products.
3. Incentives and Discounts
If you have received an incentive (e.g., free gift, promotional offer, or discount code) as part of your subscription, you are required to honuor the full commitment. If you cancel your subscription before receiving the third delivery and have benefited from an incentive, we reserve the right to charge you for the value of the incentive provided, and the cancellation will not be processed until this charge is settled.

If you have been given a discount on your subscription, you may request to cancel your subscription after receiving the first delivery. However, please note that:
If you decide to cancel after receiving your first delivery, the discount applied for choosing a subscription will no longer apply. The value of that discount will either be deducted from any refund owed to you, or you will be required to repay the discounted amount in order to complete your cancellation. This ensures that you pay the full price of the first delivery at the regular rate.
To request a cancellation of your subscription, you must contact us at sales@heavenskincare.com and provide your subscription details. Once your request is received, we will review your cancellation eligibility based on the terms outlined above. If eligible, cancellation will take effect after the required payments have been made (if applicable).
5. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for deliveries already made. If your subscription is canceled after receiving the first delivery, we will deduct any discounts you received from your refund (if applicable). If your cancellation is eligible and all required payments are made, your subscription will be canceled, and no further charges will apply.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of your subscription service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Discounts and Offers
Customers may not redeem more than one incentive per order (e.g., a discount code and a free gift).
