Delivery

All products are dispatched directly from our Heaven HQ factory in Shropshire, where each item is carefully manufactured to ensure the highest quality. Orders placed Monday to Thursday are typically processed and dispatched the next working day within the UK. For orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays, dispatch will follow on the next working day. We usually ship via Royal Mail First Class, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days. While we always aim to deliver your items promptly and efficiently, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We will always reach out to you if there is a delay with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our returns policy for instructions on how to arrange a refund or exchange.

We hope you love your Heaven Skincare purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange in line with your legal rights.

Changed Your Mind?
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, excluding postage. You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this period, and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of cancellation. Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item:

Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund or replacement.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days working days of receiving your returned item(s), using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exclusions:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless faulty.
