WHAT IS A CLEANSER?

A cleanser is the essential first step in any skincare routine. It removes make-up, dead cells, oil and daily pollutants, unclogging the pores and preventing breakouts. Because the face is exposed to all sorts of environmental aggressors, from UV light to pollution, it sweats and becomes dirty faster than any other part of your body. So if you don’t cleanse properly, morning and night, you leave all that grime on your skin day in day out.

HOW TO CLEANSE YOUR SKIN

Soak your face with warm water, making sure it’s not too hot as this can actually dehydrate your skin and damage sensitive areas, before applying a small amount of cleanser. Gently massage in a circular motion, avoiding the eye area, for between 30-60 seconds so it can work its magic. Rinse thoroughly and pat, not rub, your face dry with a clean, soft towel.
